Gate services on a regular basis will keep your gates working for much longer. We have come across systems that are a few years old, that need completely replacing due to not being serviced. Servicing your gates will add years to the life span of them.

  • Gate automation systems are regulated. As the owner of the gate system you are responsible for the safe action of the gates. Gates are covered by the machine directive and all gates must meet the correct requirements.

  • When we service your gates we carry out a full on site inspection. We will supply you with a full written report of the condition of your gates and note any faults or requirements that are required for your gates to meet the current Machine Directive Regulations. We will also carry out a full servicing on the gates including: Lubrication of required parts, Testing of motors and safety devices. Check all hinges and crush points are safe.

  • If we find faults on your gate automation system we will offer you a full report and a quote for the required work. Minor fixes we will try to fix on the day for free. On rare occasions we may have to turn the gates off if a serious fault or danger to persons fault is found.

    This is a regulation and a requirement on our part as a gate engineer.
